About the REALTOR® Badge

Why Work with a REALTOR®?

All real estate agents are not the same. Only real estate agents who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. They proudly display the REALTOR "®" logo on the business card or other marketing and sales literature.

What's In It for Me?

When a real estate licensee joins the Association of REALTORS®, they earn the right to call themselves a REALTOR®. REALTORS® pledge to adhere to a Code of Ethics, which means that all their activities in the conduct of their business must satisfy the strict obligations of the Code. The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations.

I'm Still Not Convinced

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make, and you need someone you can trust, someone who can guide you through this complex transaction, someone who is more than just a real estate agent. You need a REALTOR®.

Click here to find out more about why you should work with a REALTOR®, not just a real estate agent.

The REALTOR® Badge provides assurance to the consumer that the real estate agent is an active REALTOR® in good standing with NAR.

In California, the badge displays a link to the California Department of Real Estate, and when possible, the REALTOR®'s market areas, areas of specialization, committee assignments, and photo.

About Me
Lance Frank has been living in the Coachella Valley full time for over 20 years. His experiences with bank owned properties goes back to 1997 when he purchased one. He became a licensed Realtor in 2006 and cut his teeth during one of the worst markets imaginable. One of his first listings was a short sale, long before most agents knew what they were and changes in the law greatly improved the odds of a successful close. But Lance is not the kind of broker who sits at a desk rubber stamping countless transactions for a bank nor does he sell just one or two luxury homes a year. He is a full time Realtor who PERSONALLY (not his brokerage, not his office, not his team but personally) transacts an average of one home a month. Because he is a hands-on Realtor working in the field with all kinds of buyers and sellers of all kinds of properties, he is aware of market trends months and sometimes years before they are reported in the news media. Lance has a full broker license in California. He is constantly being updated on changes in the industry by Tarbell and the Association of Realtors. Though there is more real estate information available to the public via the Internet than ever before, much of it is misleading or just plain wrong. With Lance's extensive training, knowledge and experience even he is not so arrogant to think he knows everything, but he probably knows more than you. What he doesn't know, he knows how to find out PDQ. The thoughts and actions of buyers and sellers, right or wrong, are the single most important part of the market. Lance considers it his job to patiently counsel, educate and guide you through the process of buying and selling.
