Why Work with a REALTOR®?
All real estate agents are not the same. Only real estate agents who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. They proudly display the REALTOR "®" logo on the business card or other marketing and sales literature.What's In It for Me?
When a real estate licensee joins the Association of REALTORS®, they earn the right to call themselves a REALTOR®. REALTORS® pledge to adhere to a Code of Ethics, which means that all their activities in the conduct of their business must satisfy the strict obligations of the Code. The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations.I'm Still Not Convinced

The REALTOR® Badge provides assurance to the consumer that the real estate agent is an active REALTOR® in good standing with NAR.
In California, the badge displays a link to the California Department of Real Estate, and when possible, the REALTOR®'s market areas, areas of specialization, committee assignments, and photo.
