Why Work with a REALTOR®?

All real estate agents are not the same. Only real estate agents who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. They proudly display the REALTOR "®" logo on the business card or other marketing and sales literature.

What's In It for Me?

When a real estate licensee joins the Association of REALTORS®, they earn the right to call themselves a REALTOR®. REALTORS® pledge to adhere to a Code of Ethics, which means that all their activities in the conduct of their business must satisfy the strict obligations of the Code. The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations.

The REALTOR® Badge provides assurance to the consumer that the real estate agent is an active REALTOR® in good standing with NAR.

In California, the badge displays a link to the California Department of Real Estate, and when possible, the REALTOR®'s market areas, areas of specialization, committee assignments, and photo.

About Me
I am happy to have this chance to tell you about myself and my business. I have been selling real estate since 1998. I started my career working with Buyer?s and then in 2000 I began listing and selling under water short sale properties. When I started listing and selling short sales there weren't a lot of Real Estate Agents that knew what a short sale transaction was and if they did?they didn?t want to go near them. Quite the contrast to today. You see back then there weren?t any seminars or classes that would teach an Agent the ?in?s and out?s? of a short sale?I had to learn the short sale business by doing the short sale business. In 2007, I began selling foreclosure properties for Banks and in 2009 I became the only National Team Leader for the Flagstar Bank REO program where I managed the day-to-day activities with local listing agents in order to list and sell their foreclosed properties across 23 States. I truly love what I do. For me, the Real Estate industry has allowed me to connect with people and help them in a meaningful way. I enjoy not only using my experience and knowledge to help my Clients Buy and Sell, but also getting to know them and learn about their innermost concerns and hopes. I feel honored to have their trust and I strive to treat them as I would my own family. I have experience with the full range of Real Estate Services and I specialize in California Short Sales, Foreclosures and Evictions. I am an honorably discharged U.S. Marine, Black Belt Martial Artist and I always seem to be training for an upcoming Triathlon. I believe in being well-rounded and being healthy in mind, body and soul. I have an amazing Wife and welcomed our first chile, a Baby Girl, into the world on November 8th, 2011. I am honest, trustworthy and reliable to a fault and I treat everyone with respect and kindness.
